Rowenna Anderson - Lithographs

As a child, Rowenna Anderson was surrounded by a family of painters and craftsmen, giving her an early-developed devotion to the arts. Rowenna’s devotion to the arts is evident, as she holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Ball University.

All giclees are printed in a limited edition of 50, numbered and signed by the artist.

The majority of Jodie’s art is done on the printing press creating one-of-a-kind monotypes using both water-based and oil mediums. Her style varies and ranges from representational images to abstract design. Vivid colors and authentic cultural patterns infuse her work. Jodie also works in oils, watercolors, and collage. Many of the paints she uses are ground from semiprecious stones such as Lapis, Turquoise, Tiger’s Eye, Hematite, and Jade which impart a vibrant and lustrous luminosity.
